Location: Bolton, ON Job Type: Full-Time Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required during busy periods) Benefits: Health benefits Job Description Solution Contracting Ltd., a company specializing in restoration, emergency remediation, and cleaning services, is looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Bolton, Ontario. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory, organize equipment and supplies, and ensure our field crews have the materials and equipment they need to complete their work efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records of warehouse equipment, tools, materials, and supplies. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly stocked. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the replenishment of supplies as needed. Prepare, load, and deliver equipment and materials to job sites when required. Receive deliveries and organize incoming materials. Coordinate the return, inspection, cleaning, and proper storage of equipment from job sites. Safely load, unload, and move heavy equipment and supplies. Ensure equipment and supplies are ready for daily deployment. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as needed. Requirements Valid Ontario G driver's licence (required). Ability to reliably commute to Bolton, Ontario. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience is an asset. Experience in the restoration, cleaning, or construction industry is an asset.
