Warehouse Associate
Coastal Elite ProRole Overview: This position supports third-party logistics operations within a distribution center, focusing on warehouse management, training, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Train warehouse associates on duties, responsibilities, and equipment safety per SOPs, observing performance for corrections. Assist with order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and returns, potentially using RF devices. Oversee shipping processes, including UPS and emergency orders. Provide daily direction to warehouse staff, manage workloads, and suggest workflow efficiencies. Manage inventory levels and utilize motorized equipment like forklifts and reach trucks. Supervise departmental tasks, staffing, and address associate concerns. Utilize computer systems for reporting and ensure adherence to safety, policies, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience. Ability to read, perform basic math, and operate warehouse equipment. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge of warehouse workflows, safety protocols, and computer applications. Ability to work overtime, maintain attendance, and participate in physical inventories.
