Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse / Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Waukesha, WI. This role requires strong organizational skills, high standards of workmanship. We are willing to train the right individual! Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Kitting: Pick, pack, and ship individual customer orders and custom kitting projects with speed, accuracy, and care. Receiving & Inventory Control: Process inbound shipments, restock inventory, manage lot locations, perform cycle counts, and audit product weights and dimensions. Quality Assurance: Execute quality control checks to ensure incoming and outgoing products are accurate and free of defects. Administrative & Data Entry: Enter and process inventory/shipping data accurately in our management systems. Facility Maintenance: Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications & Requirements Required: Minimum 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing daily needs. High work ethic, positive team attitude, and a proactive mindset. Physical capability to lift up to 65 lbs., along with continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Comfort operating warehouse equipment such as a 7-step rolling safety ladder and a manual pallet jack. Preferred (Plus, but not required): Experience with shipping software like UPS WorldShip or ShipStation . Experience organizing and preparing LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Fishbowl Inventory .
