Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We need a Warehouse & Auction Operations Associate who can keep merchandise moving, get the details right, and take care of customers. You’ll help manage the full process—from unloading deliveries to preparing online auction listings and getting purchases into customers’ hands. What you’ll do: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise. Photograph products, research what they are, and document their condition accurately. Use inventory software and AI tools to prepare auction listings. Label and stage items so the team can find them quickly. Help customers locate and load their purchases. Keep the warehouse organized and ready for the next auction. What makes someone a good fit? You show up consistently, move with purpose, and finish what you start. You can handle physical work, stay organized when things get busy, and treat customers and coworkers well. When something needs attention, you speak up and help solve it. Experience in warehouse operations, retail, inventory, or online selling is helpful. Being comfortable with technology—and curious about using AI to work smarter—is a plus. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Sort, label, and prepare items for auction listings Create and stage auction lots in the warehouse Load, unload, and move merchandise safely Maintain accurate inventory records Assist with auction day setup, customer flow, and item pickup Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.) Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements No prior warehouse experience required (preferred) Ability to lift, carry, and move items that weigh at least 25 lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be at least 18 years old Resume not required but preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour Work Location: In person
