Warehouse Associate

Job description Covid Audio Visual, a Tempe-based manufacturer of professional Audio Visual products, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, and that materials are properly handled throughout the warehouse. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right. Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and stage customer orders and production kits Verify part numbers, quantities, and labeling for accuracy prior to shipment Ensure proper packaging to protect products during shipment Inventory & Warehouse Support Move materials between warehouse, production, and assembly areas Maintain organized storage locations and follow FIFO practices Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory Receiving Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition Label and stage materials in proper warehouse locations Enter basic receiving information into the system as needed General Warehouse Duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Support daily warehouse operations and assist team members as needed Qualifications: 1-years’ warehouse experience. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems. Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures and documentation. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs of weight.
