Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, inventory handling, and material movement. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, hardworking, and committed to safety and accuracy.

What You'll Do

•  Accurately read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents 
• Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup 
• Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products 
• Move materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas 
• Sort and organize inventory on racks, shelves, or bins by product code, size, or type 
• Pull and stage orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling 
• Open and inspect shipments (crates, boxes, pallets) and record received quantities 
• Complete required documentation and internal warehouse forms 
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (including forklifts, if certified) 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment 
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures 
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English 
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time 
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly 
• Ability to safely mount and dismount trucks and warehouse equipment 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Demonstrated reliability, work ethic, and initiative 
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and warehouse technology 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, picking/packing, inventory) 
• Forklift experience (certification a plus) 
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) 
• Familiarity with inventory control and material handling processes
