What you'll be doing This is a 6 month contract position. This is a backfill for an existing vacancy within the team. As a Warehouse Representative, you will work as part of a team and act as the face of Gerrie Electric, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, shipped and received. You will also: Grow and maintain relationships with customers (we have a lot of repeat customers) You will connect with customers to address questions and resolve issues through different channels including face-to-face, by email and over the phone Continuous learning of electrical, lighting and automation products and share your knowledge with customers In-store merchandising of day-to-day stock, as well as new and promotional products Picking, packing, shipping and receiving of Gerrie product. What you bring to the table Interested in pursuing a career in the electrical industry Material handling experience is an asset You have good communication skills and like the idea of working as part of a team Cable cutting experience Ability to work in a face paced environment Previous experience working in a warehouse is an asset Must be computer literate Don’t have all of these qualifications?
