Warehouse Associate/Boxer

Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate/Boxer, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and inventory tools to handle orders accurately and safely, supporting smooth distribution from receiving through fulfillment. This hands-on role involves manual handling and heavy lifting, following safety regulations, and working as part of a team. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments; complete shipping and receiving tasks and verify items using an RF (radio frequency) scanner. Pick, pack, box, and stage orders; stock products and maintain accurate inventory control. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, cherry pickers, as authorized. Pick and/or box orders accurately and prepare for shipment. Monitor emails and respond to phone calls throughout the day. Prepare outbound LTL and ground shipments Verify inbound deliveries for accuracy and inspect for damages Perform cycle counts. Ensure all “Must Ships” leave on time. Maintain a clean and safe workplace. All other duties as assigned by management. Experience Warehouse experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse management, or warehouse operations is helpful; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus. Familiarity with inventory management, stocking, packaging, picking and packing, and load and unload procedures is preferred. Stand up forklift and cherry picker operation experience. Proficient Inventory knowledge Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and safety regulations is beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact and communicate with customers and other General Data team members.
