Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL)

About Us Grower Direct Supply Inc. is a growing supplier of nursery containers, plastic pots, and horticultural supplies serving commercial growers and distributors throughout the United States. We are expanding our operations in Florida and looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Driver to join our Homestead team. This is a hands-on position combining local deliveries with daily warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, including pallets and cartons. Pick, prepare, and stage customer orders for delivery or pickup. Organize inventory and ensure products are stored properly. Assist with receiving shipments and verifying product quantities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, including sweeping, removing trash, and keeping work areas clear. Assist with regular inventory counts and stock organization. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with appropriate training and authorization. Local Deliveries Operate a company-provided 26-foot box truck for local customer deliveries. Load, secure, transport, and unload products safely. Complete deliveries on schedule and maintain accurate delivery records. Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a clean and properly maintained delivery truck. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Previous box truck driving experience preferred. Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred. Forklift operating experience is a plus. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs when necessary. Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment. Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and take initiative. Willing to perform both driving and warehouse duties as needed. Must meet applicable DOT and company vehicle operation requirements. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
