Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Driver

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Driver, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and efficient delivery processes. You’ll be responsible for handling materials, operating various warehouse equipment, and safely transporting goods to meet customer demands. Duties MUST be able to pass a DOT Physical & drug test Able to push, lift, pull, and carry packages and boxes up to 50 lbs. Able to multi-task well High School Diploma Drive box trucks or delivery vehicles to transport goods between warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, stacking, and stocking products with proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injuries Assist in order picking and packing processes to fulfill customer orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards Conduct shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and preparing items for dispatch Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety protocols outlined by OSHA and company policies Experience Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics environments Hands-on experience operating warehouse material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and crane systems Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and weights accurately Experience in shipping & receiving processes along with order fulfillment tasks Strong understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper PPE use during heavy lifting and equipment operation Previous warehouse supervisor experience or leadership roles are a plus but not required This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills directly impact operational success.
