Warehouse Associate - Bilingual

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols with tools like forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain precise inventory counts through regular stock checks and data entry tasks to ensure inventory accuracy. Coordinate shipping logistics including scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas, stocking shelves, and managing packaging materials. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and assisting with order fulfillment inquiries. Requirements Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics processes, and international trade regulations is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
