Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse and distribution operations. This position involves handling inventory, processing orders, and ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping. Move and store products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and process orders. Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow established safety procedures and operational guidelines. Qualifications: Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment is a plus. Basic knowledge of inventory systems and RF scanners is beneficial. Ability to perform basic math and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy packages and remain active throughout the shift. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
