Warehouse Associate

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations for a cosmetic manufacturing and distribution company serving the Latin market. This role ensures accurate handling of products, inventory organization, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Areas & Responsibilities Receiving & Inventory Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming cosmetic products and materials. Assist with inventory organization, stock rotation, and counts. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages to the supervisor. Order Preparation Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time. Stage and label orders for delivery or shipment. Verify order accuracy before shipment. Warehouse Safety & Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company guidelines. Properly handle and store products and materials. Team Support Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations. Communicate operational issues or needs to the supervisor. Perform additional warehouse or operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Skills & Abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic organizational and inventory management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and reliability. Work Environment Warehouse setting with physical activity, including standing, lifting, and moving products. Compliance with safety and operational procedures is required at all times.
