Warehouse Associate

Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse management and inventory management software to maintain accurate records, support warehouse distribution, and help deliver dependable service to customers and business partners. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment and shipping help customers receive the right products on time. Responsibilities Handle shipping and receiving, load and unload goods, and inspect items for accuracy and condition. Stock products and complete order picking and picking and packing using an order picker, RF scanner, pallet jack, or forklift as authorized. Enter shipment and inventory data in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, or ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems; experience with AS400 or MRP (material requirements planning) systems is useful. Support inventory management, packaging, shipping logistics, and warehouse distribution while following applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Respond to customer service needs and coordinate with colleagues to keep warehouse operations and logistics on track. Qualifications Warehouse experience is helpful; familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, or logistics is preferred. Basic math, accurate data entry, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office are valuable. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is an asset. Ability to safely use a forklift, order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack or willingness to learn; follow site procedures and authorization requirements. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn trade compliance and international trade regulations support success in this role.
