Responsibilities Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately. Prepare, pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery for customers and partners. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely to load and unload shipments. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and conducting regular stock counts. Process inbound and outbound shipments by verifying shipping & receiving documentation and updating data entry records. Support international trade regulations and trade compliance procedures during order processing and shipment handling. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall warehouse operations. Skills Basic knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, & packing techniques Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
