Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver

Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Backup Delivery Driver PLEASE NOTE: This is primarily a warehouse position, with delivery driving only on an occasional, as-needed basis. This individual will serve as a backup driver, providing delivery coverage when needed. The majority of the workday will be spent performing warehouse duties, not driving. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to assist with deliveries when called upon. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM PLUS every other Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM ***PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING*** This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent heavy lifting throughout the day. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Availability every other Saturday is required. Experience operating larger box trucks (up to 26 ft.) is preferred but not required. What You’ll Do: Primarily assist with daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order picking, and material handling. Load, unload, move, and organize products, including frequent lifting of heavy materials. Provide backup delivery coverage on an occasional, as-needed basis. Safely deliver and pick up products when assigned to drive. Provide professional, courteous customer service during deliveries. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Who We’re Looking For: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Six months of warehouse experience required. Six months to one year of delivery experience in a flatbed, box van, or 26 ft. box truck preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to safely lift and handle heavy materials throughout the workday. Dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-service mindset. Willingness to work primarily in the warehouse and assist with deliveries when needed.
