Warehouse Associate Back Half Day Shift

Freight Breakers LLC seeks reliable and motivated team members to join our Box Loader/Unloader team in Frackville, PA. Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading boxes in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Loading Duties: Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers Scan boxes into the trailer using a handheld scanner Move cages to and from staging areas Ensure loads are completed quickly, safely, neatly, and accurately Unloading Duties: Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor Scan incoming boxes Sort and place boxes into cages Pay Structure This is a performance-based position: Paid per case loaded/unloaded Higher productivity means higher earnings Team efficiency directly impacts your pay Schedule 1st Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Overtime may be required as needed 10-hour shifts Requirements Strong attendance and punctuality are mandatory Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently Reliable transportation Must be 18 years or older Ability to work for extended periods in a physically demanding environment Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) with 3% company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (after 1 year of employment) Opportunities for growth and advancement Work Location In person (Frackville, PA) Freight Breakers LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/Veterans/Disabled)
