Warehouse Associate

Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by receiving, organizing, and preparing inventory for shipment. You’ll use warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock, enter data, and support accurate order fulfillment. Your impact: Careful picking, packing, and shipping help customers receive the right orders on time. Duties Receive, inspect, load, and unload goods; record shipments and update inventory. Stock and organize products, then complete order picking and packing using an order picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized. Prepare shipments and support shipping logistics, warehouse distribution, and trade compliance with applicable international trade regulations. Enter and verify information in warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, material requirements planning (MRP) systems, or AS400. Use Microsoft Office and basic math to maintain records, resolve inventory discrepancies, and provide responsive customer service. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment are preferred. Experience with data entry, logistics, inventory management software, or warehouse management systems is an asset. Forklift experience is preferred; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. Basic math skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are important. Pay: $16.90 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week Work Location: In person
