Warehouse Associate
Coastal Elite ProRole Overview: Support third-party logistics operations by training warehouse associates, overseeing daily tasks, and ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsible for order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and managing inventory, including using motorized equipment like forklifts and reach trucks. Provide leadership by assigning work, monitoring performance, and addressing associate concerns. Utilize computer systems for reporting and ensure compliance with safety, policies, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED with at least two years of experience. Must read and understand English, possess basic math skills, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and maintaining a clean, safe work environment is required. Ability to work overtime, follow detailed instructions, and work effectively as part of a team. Key Duties Train associates on duties and safety procedures. Assist with order processing, receiving, and shipping operations. Manage inventory levels and monitor workflow for efficiency. Operate forklifts and other motorized equipment safely. Supervise work assignments, staffing needs, and department activities. Report and address associate concerns and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
