Warehouse Associate

Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately and safely through daily warehouse operations. You’ll receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while updating inventory and shipment records. You will be responsible for safely operating a 26' straight truck with lift gate to locally deliver goods efficiently while also managing warehouse operations. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products on time and supports reliable warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Receive shipments; load and unload goods, verify quantities, and report discrepancies. Stock products, maintain organized inventory, and use inventory management software or a warehouse management system to update records. Pick and pack orders using an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift when qualified and authorized. Prepare shipments, check shipping documents, and support shipping and receiving, logistics, and shipping logistics processes. Complete data entry and basic math checks; follow warehouse procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Skills Essential: Attention to detail, basic math, accurate data entry, and the ability to follow safety and handling procedures. Essential: Ability to perform stocking, picking and packing, order picking, packaging, and other warehouse operations tasks. Preferred: Warehouse experience, customer service skills, and familiarity with warehouse distribution and inventory management. Safely operate 26' straight truck with lift gate, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws during route driving and delivery. Forklift, order picker, and pallet jack experience are useful; equipment operation must follow applicable authorization and safety requirements.
