Warehouse Associate The Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely executing daily operational tasks, supporting warehouse functions, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in receiving, storing, and shipping products. This role plays a key part in maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Responsibilities Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products Safely handle materials and operate warehouse equipment as required Maintain accurate inventory through proper product handling, labeling, and storage Assist with inventory counts and ensure location accuracy meets established standards Follow established warehouse procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance Support loading and unloading of shipments while ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to supervisors Meet productivity and quality standards for assigned tasks Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures Profile Requirements Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Ability to lift and move materials as required (may include up to [insert weight]) Willingness to learn and follow operational processes Basic computer skills preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Full-time
