Warehouse Associate

Kennedy Violins is seeking candidates for our warehouse inventory/shipping position! We are a full service string shop involved in sales, setup, and repair of stringed instruments - violin, viola, cello, upright bass, classical and steel string guitars. We are a high volume retailer with offerings online nationwide, and locally through our Vancouver, WA showroom. This position is M-F 9am-4pm, with seasonally adjusted hours reducing February through August. Perfect opportunity for a flexible schedule during the summer months! Strong candidates will possess exceptional organizational skills, be familiar with managing large amounts of inventory without scanners or barcodes, have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and safely, and be familiar with Google suite software. Valid drivers license is required. Some previous exposure to stringed instruments is also a plus! Duties will include tracking inventory (both incoming and outgoing) without barcodes or scanners, safely packing all daily orders correctly and on time, organizing and maintaining the warehouse inventory (both incoming and outgoing), and supporting the luthier production team as needed.
