Warehouse Associate Overview This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to represent our company’s reputation within the construction industry. Warehouse Associates must perform all duties safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. Essential Job Functions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of warehouse technology, equipment, and machinery used for transporting and storing materials Understanding of inventory control and tracking Awareness of public safety and security procedures to prevent injuries Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials Ability to use computer systems to create labels, track inventory, maintain storage records, and communicate with Project Managers Ability to work collaboratively with team members Valid Driver’s License; CDL and forklift certification preferred Work schedule varies based on project delivery requirements Position Expectations Communicate clearly and professionally with office staff, field technicians, and delivery drivers Prepare project loads, deliver materials, and unload in a punctual and safe manner Maintain an organized warehouse and unload incoming deliveries Shipping and receiving experience is preferred We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate who takes pride in safe, efficient, and high‑quality work.
