Warehouse Associate Assignment
ShiftPixyPosition Overview Dress Code : STEEL TOE SHOES ARE MANDATORY PLAIN T-SHIRT, & JEANS/WORK PANTS Position Responsibilities Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs independently; items over 55 lbs require a team lift. Schedule will vary based on business needs, including required weekend and extended hours. Load and unload furniture from trucks with care to prevent damage and ensure proper placement. Warehouse Associates will spend approximately 80% of their time in the warehouse and up to 20% traveling to event sites, as needed. Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer. Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture to ensure it is event-ready or properly stored. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Tag, store, and relocate inventory accurately. Perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy. Follow all safety guidelines, participate in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups. Additional Job Requirements & Details This CORT Events location supports operations across 12 states. Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. You’ll likely be transported from the warehouse to the event center on a Cort truck and will return to the warehouse at the end of your shift. Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. All workers must adhere to the designated rest period (6 hours) before returning to work if you book a shift without this rest period you are subject to be removed from the shift without compensation.
