Warehouse Associate – Aircraft Parts Distributor

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate – Aircraft Parts Distributor, you’ll keep aircraft parts moving accurately and safely through warehouse operations. You’ll receive, inspect, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining clear inventory records. This hands-on role supports warehouse distribution and logistics, with a focus on careful materials handling and safety. Duties Pick and prepare inventory orders accurately for shipment. Receive incoming packages, aircraft parts, and supplies. Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies. Verify received items against packing slips and shipping documents. Label boxes and packages appropriately for storage or shipment. Pack, process, and ship outgoing orders in a timely manner. Load and unload deliveries safely. Organize and maintain inventory, shelves, and warehouse storage areas. Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe. Pick, pack, label, and stage orders; load and unload shipments while protecting parts from damage Skills Essential: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly handle packages and move inventory throughout the workday. Basic Math. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively as part of a team when needed. Dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively. Willingness to learn inventory procedures and warehouse systems. Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe working environment.
