Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes. Your energy and attention to detail will help us maintain efficient warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and uphold high standards of safety and accuracy. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution logistics while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Duties Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and RF scanners Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately using order picker equipment and packaging tools Load and unload trucks efficiently with pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as AS400 or MRP software Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and support inventory management efforts Support shipping logistics by coordinating outbound shipments, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards Uphold safety protocols by following proper lifting techniques, operating warehouse equipment safely, and maintaining a clean work environment Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office applications Experience with shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment, picking & packing, and order picking procedures Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred) Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics principles, international trade regulations (if applicable), and trade compliance standards Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
