Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, update records, and ensure data accuracy. Prepare, pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently by utilizing order picking tools such as order pickers and pallet jacks. Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate equipment while adhering to shipping logistics and trade compliance standards. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and managing stock rotation to optimize warehouse space. Perform data entry tasks related to shipping & receiving logs, order fulfillment records, and inventory updates. Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products. Support warehouse operations by assisting with packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery to customers or distribution centers. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is required; training will also be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse management systems Basic math skills are essential for counting stock accurately and processing orders efficiently. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks is required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock management, and order accuracy.
