Warehouse Associate

Seeking a Warehouse Associate to support a Warehouse & Manufacturing team in the retail mattress industry. This on-site role focuses on keeping operations smooth and customer orders accurate and ready for delivery. Key Responsibilities Unload and receive shipments; inspect and process deliveries. Pick and pack orders accurately for stores and customers. Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory organization. Prepare products for delivery, coordinating with sales and delivery teams. Ensure warehouse areas are clean, safe, and organized. Follow proper lifting and safety procedures at all times. Support a collaborative, customer-service-focused environment. Qualifications & Skills Reliability, attention to detail, and strong accuracy in order fulfillment. Comfort with physical work, including proper lifting techniques. Ability to maintain organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness. Good communication and teamwork with internal partners. Commitment to safety and compliance with warehouse procedures.
