Requirements: Job Description Load and unload freight from containers, trailers, and box trucks. Perform cross-dock operations, moving freight between incoming and outgoing shipments. Sort, scan, label, stage, and organize freight for pickup and delivery. Assist customers with freight pickups, deliveries, and loading as needed. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely. Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines. Work as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely freight handling. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull freight and packages weighing up to 50 lbs. or more as needed. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods. Load and unload freight in containers, trailers, and box trucks. Safely move freight and operate material-handling equipment. Work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions. Maintain a steady pace in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
