Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse distribution processes. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and ensure data accuracy Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and care Manage shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper labeling Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, conducting regular inventory counts, and performing stock replenishment Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations when necessary Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and support logistics activities Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and order fulfillment procedures Experience with shipping logistics, including handling international trade regulations when applicable Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Skilled in data entry with high attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping Customer service mindset to assist internal teams or external partners when needed Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, order picking & packing, load & unload activities using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks Proficient shipping via FedEx, UPS and DHL Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in warehousing.
