Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels and process data entry accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods while adhering to safety standards. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts; update records using warehouse management software. Assist with shipping logistics, including preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring optimal space utilization. Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and ensuring order accuracy for e-commerce fulfillment. Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar ERP platforms) and inventory management software is essential. Basic math skills are required for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus; forklift certification is desirable. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, trade compliance, and international trade regulations will set you apart. Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are important for record keeping. Previous roles involving order fulfillment, picking & packing, or logistics support will help you succeed in this position.
