About MH Logistics MH Logistics is a freight forwarder and customs broker specializing in perishables, primarily live plant cuttings. We move time-sensitive, temperature-controlled cargo for growers and importers across the U.S., and our warehouse team is where that cargo gets received, protected and sent on its way. The Role We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Warehouse Associate to keep our warehouse running accurately and on time. You will receive, check, pack and load international shipments, keep perishable cargo in the right condition, and keep our records clean. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of the work in front of them. Associates who show that ownership have a clear path to Warehouse Lead and Warehouse Supervisor as we grow. What You Will Do Welcome delivery trucks and receive incoming shipments Verify shipment counts and condition against paperwork, and record exact arrival and departure times Load and unload trucks and vans using a forklift, pallet jack and hand truck Box, wrap, label and pack shipments according to our procedures Handle temperature-sensitive cargo, including checking and changing ice packs Follow the handling and security rules for customs-bonded cargo Identify, photograph and document damaged or impaired merchandise Enter receiving, shipping and inventory data in our logistics software Keep the warehouse organized, clean and safe every day Drive a cargo van or delivery truck for occasional pickups and deliveries Keep the office team updated on shipment status and flag problems early What You Bring Some warehouse or logistics experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and hand truck (forklift certification preferred) Ability to lift and move heavy products and stay on your feet for a full shift Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills Team player who solves problems instead of waiting on them Must be authorized to work in the United States Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Schedule Sunday to Friday, with day and night availability. Hours vary with international flight and container arrivals, and shifts run until that day's shipments are fully processed, so there is not always a fixed end time. Saturdays and holidays are sometimes required when shipments call for it, especially during peak season. Growth Path We promote from within. Associates who show accuracy, reliability and good judgment move into Warehouse Lead and then Warehouse Supervisor roles, with more responsibility for training, scheduling and running the floor.
