Warehouse Associate

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately and safely through warehouse operations. You’ll support shipping and receiving, inventory management, warehouse distribution, and order fulfillment, using warehouse management systems and equipment to help customers and coworkers get the right items where they need to go. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys active work, careful recordkeeping, and teamwork. Duties Pick, pack, package, and stock orders; use pallet jack, or forklift as authorized. Load and unload shipments, verify incoming and outgoing goods, and support shipping logistics. Update inventory and shipment records through data entry in warehouse management systems. Follow warehouse procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Provide responsive customer service and coordinate with colleagues to resolve order or inventory issues. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and shipment records help customers receive complete orders and help teams maintain dependable inventory. Skills Essential: Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and handling procedures. Essential: Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, logistics, and order fulfillment. Preferred: Warehouse experience. Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office, order pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and loading or unloading freight. Preferred: Knowledge of stocking, packaging, picking and packing, order picking, warehouse distribution, shipping logistics, and trade compliance.
