Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse management. Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling of goods Perform accurate order picking, packing, and staging to fulfill customer orders efficiently Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to track inventory levels, update stock records, and manage data entry tasks Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software Prepare shipments for delivery by packaging products according to shipping logistics standards and trade compliance regulations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment Assist with shipping & receiving processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable Experience Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar ERP systems) is highly advantageous Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or quantities accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; certification preferred but not mandatory—training available on-site Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stock stocking, order picking, and inventory management Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items safely and standing or walking for extended periods Join us in creating an efficient, safe, and customer-focused warehouse environment!
