Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Work arrangement: On-site Pay: $19.25–$22.75 per hour Our Louisville operations team is adding a Warehouse Associate to help manage the equipment, components and supplies used across the business. This is a practical role for someone who likes staying active, working through a clear task list and knowing their work helps every department stay prepared. You will receive training on our inventory system, warehouse procedures and equipment-handling standards. Previous warehouse experience is welcome, but reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are equally important. Keeping inventory moving Receive deliveries and check quantities against packing slips. Inspect incoming items and report damage or missing products. Label and store equipment, cables, components and business supplies. Pick, pack and prepare internal requests and outgoing shipments. Scan inventory movements and update stock records accurately. Assist with regular cycle counts and inventory checks. Keep shelves, work areas and walkways clean and organized. Inform the Operations Manager when stock is low or records do not match. Working across the business The Warehouse Associate will communicate with operations, purchasing, shipping and technical colleagues to make sure materials are available when needed. Clear updates are important, particularly when an order is delayed, an item cannot be located or a delivery contains incorrect products. A good match for this position Dependable attendance and punctuality. Careful handling of equipment and packaged items. Confidence following written instructions and safety procedures. Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping records. Good communication when reporting a shortage or discrepancy. Ability to work independently while supporting the wider team. Experience with inventory, shipping and receiving, order picking, stock control or warehouse operations can be useful, but it is not required.
