Location Description The Blaine, Washington plant produces almond and cashew butter, with annual production of approximately 8 million pounds. The site supports a small team of manufacturing and support employees and plays an important role in supplying specialty nut butter products. Blaine, Washington, acts as the final U.S. border town directly on the 49th parallel, nestled immediately between Vancouver, BC (35 miles north) and Bellingham, WA, while serving as the primary northern terminus of Interstate 5, about 110 miles north of Seattle. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you will support warehouse and production operations through material handling, forklift operation, inventory movement, and shipping and receiving activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and finished goods move efficiently throughout the facility while maintaining the highest standards of safety, food safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities Include Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and operate equipment safely and efficiently. Transport materials, ingredients, and finished products throughout the facility. Supply production lines with materials needed to support operations. Move pallets and inventory to designated warehouse and production locations. Load, unload, and move products and materials manually or using powered industrial equipment. Conduct material handling activities including counting, weighing, sorting, packaging, and unpacking products. Utilize RF scanning technology to support inventory accuracy and traceability. Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, suppliers, and internal team members. Assist with sanitation activities and support food safety initiatives. Update reports and maintain documentation using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Follow all GMP, PPE, food safety, quality, and company safety requirements.
