Warehouse Associate

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately and efficiently through warehouse operations. You’ll receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while using warehouse technology and equipment. Your work supports reliable warehouse distribution, shipping logistics, and a positive customer service experience. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; verify items and update inventory records through a warehouse management system or inventory management software. Stock products and complete order picking, picking and packing, packaging, and order fulfillment for warehouse and e-commerce orders. Use an RF scanner, order picker, pallet jack, and forklift as authorized and trained. Enter shipment and inventory data accurately; use basic math and Microsoft Office to review records and resolve routine discrepancies. Follow shipping and receiving procedures, logistics requirements, and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Your impact: Accurate inventory and order handling helps customers receive the right products and gives warehouse teams dependable stock information. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and warehouse distribution are helpful. Experience with data entry, shipping logistics, and shipping and receiving is preferred. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, material requirements planning (MRP), or AS400 is a plus; these systems support inventory and order workflows. Basic math, attention to detail, safe equipment use, and clear communication are important. Customer service experience is useful when coordinating with colleagues, carriers, or customers.
