Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role on the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks, including shipping and receiving, inventory and order fulfillment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and basic computer skills. Responsibilities Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for moving products within the warehouse. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming shipments against packing lists. Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Build and package products for shipment while adhering to quality standards. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment at all times. Skills Proficient in order picking techniques with experience using RF scanners. Basic computer skills including teh ability to print labels using company specific software. Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Strong understanding of inventory control processes and best practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Capable of repeated lifting of boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
