Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced auction environment. This role involves sorting, storing, and managing a high volume of auction items daily to ensure smooth operations. The Warehouse Associate will play a vital part in maintaining an organized warehouse and supporting the efficient processing of approximately 400 auctions per day. Responsibilities Sort and categorize auction items accurately to facilitate easy retrieval and inventory management Store items securely in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization and safety standards Assist with the loading and unloading of auction items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals in a high-volume setting Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all staff Keep detailed records of inventory movements and storage locations as required Requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment handling approximately 400 auctions daily Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Physical stamina and strength to lift, move, and handle heavy or bulky items regularly Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures Prior experience in warehousing, sorting, or inventory management is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to maintaining high standards of organization and safety.
