Warehouse Associate

Pierce Apparel is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our growing warehouse and production team. We offer a hands-on work environment with opportunities to learn different aspects of warehouse operations, apparel production, and order fulfillment. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, enjoy working as part of a team, and are willing to learn. Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided, and opportunities are available across multiple departments. Department Opportunities Depending on experience, skills, interests, and business needs, opportunities may be available in the following departments: Receiving: Handling incoming shipments, inventory, and merchandise organization. Staging: Preparing and organizing customer orders for production. Embroidery: Assisting with garment preparation, embroidery production, and finishing. DTF Printing: Supporting digital printing and transfer preparation. Heat Press: Applying custom designs and logos to apparel. Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality. Packing: Preparing completed customer orders for shipment. Shipping: Processing and organizing outgoing customer orders. General Responsibilities Assist with daily warehouse and production activities. Handle, organize, and process merchandise. Follow instructions and established company procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work efficiently and accurately to meet production needs. Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors. Learn new tasks and assist in different departments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Dependable with a strong work ethic. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment when appropriate. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, bending, and reaching.
