Full job description We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Warehouse Associate to join our growing operations team. This position plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Our environment is fast-paced and team-oriented. Key Responsibilities Pick, assemble, and package customer orders accurately Prepare outbound shipments with proper labeling and packaging Receive and verify incoming inventory Assist with stocking and maintaining organized storage areas Help maintain accurate inventory counts Keep work areas clean and safe Communicate questions or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner Support overall team productivity and efficiency What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Positive attitude and openness to feedback Ability to stay focused in a busy environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday Able to bend, reach, and handle materials repeatedly Preferred (Not Required) Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience Familiarity with inventory systems Strong organizational skills Growth Opportunities We believe in promoting from within.
