Warehouse Associate

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. In this role, you will be an integral part of our distribution center in Lawrenceville GA, ensuring that products are accurately processed and efficiently handled. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities · Order Fulfillment: accurately pick, pack and ship customers' orders, and have them ready to ship through FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. · Build and assemble orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality. · Use and navigate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process orders and inventory. · Operate order picking equipment such as cherry pickers and RF scanners to retrieve items from shelves. · Handle materials with care during shipping and receiving processes. · Load and unload trucks, ensuring that all items are accounted for and properly stored. · Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. · Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. · Perform replenishment tasks and maintain accurate inventory levels. Experience · Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is required · E-commerce experience is strongly preferred. · Familiar with materials handling processes, shipping, and receiving operations. · Mechanical knowledge or experience operating warehouse equipment is beneficial. · Ability to effectively use order picking tools and equipment, including RF scanners. · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. · Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, is required to perform the essential functions of the position. Spanish language skills are a plus. · Forklift/cherry-picker experience or certification is preferred. Schedule/Working Conditions · 1st shift: 7:30am-4pm (with a 30-minutes lunch and 2x 15-minutes break) · Overtime may be required based on business needs. · This is an on-site position.
