We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to help keep our shipping, inventory, and production operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing customer orders, building hardware kits, and ensuring shipments leave accurately and on time.

• Build, package, and prepare hardware kits for production and customer orders
• Ensure inventory is stocked and available to complete customer shipments
• Create and print packing slips, pick lists, and shipping documents
• Verify shipment accuracy through audits and quality checks
• Track and maintain kit pack lists, making updates as needed
• Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production teams to support order fulfillment
• Process outgoing mail and coordinate shipments with carriers such as FedEx
• Identify and manage special shipping requirements
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track materials and orders
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or order processing experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with RF scanners, inventory systems, or shipping software is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Schedule
Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse and manufacturing setting, partnering closely with production, purchasing, engineering, and shipping teams. The role requires standing, walking, lifting materials, and using warehouse equipment. Steel-toed boots are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
