Warehouse Associate

Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately and safely through warehouse operations. You’ll receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders while using inventory tools and equipment to support warehouse distribution and shipping logistics. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products on time and keeps warehouse teams’ work flowing smoothly. Duties Handle shipping and receiving, and load and unload products using appropriate equipment. Stock inventory; complete order picking, picking and packing, packaging, and order fulfillment. Use an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift when trained and authorized. Enter shipment and inventory data in a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; systems may include AS400 or material requirements planning (MRP) tools. Follow warehouse procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Skills Essential: Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe warehouse operations. Essential: Customer service skills and the ability to collaborate across warehouse distribution and logistics activities. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including inventory management, shipping logistics, and shipping and receiving. Preferred: Experience with stocking, order fulfillment, order picking, packaging, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
