The organization serves customers across industries including semiconductor equipment manufacturing, medical and life sciences, aerospace and defense, industrial, electronics, and energy, with manufacturing operations throughout California. ________________________________________ Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations by receiving and verifying incoming job order parts, processing transactions within the ERP system, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. This position will also assist the shipping department with packaging outbound orders. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Review, count, and verify all incoming job order parts Receive job orders into the ERP system, assign lot numbers, and close out jobs in the system Review the shipping queue in the ERP system for visibility of daily shipments Pull all sales orders available to ship and deliver them to designated shipping area racks Pull and deliver consignment parts to shipping as needed according to customer requirements Report any damaged, short, or non-conforming finished goods parts Produce cycle count sheets in the ERP system, print, count, and enter results into the system daily Support the shipping department with packaging outbound orders ________________________________________ Qualifications Required: - Prior experience with stocking, cycle counts, and inventory review - Experience using an ERP system to update product locations and inventory information - Experience counting parts and verifying inventory accuracy - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry Preferred: - Experience working with inventory and finished goods Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
