About the role: We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to support product assembly and the day-to-day flow of our warehouse. This position combines assembling plastic products with receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. The right person takes pride in accurate work, stays organized, and contributes to a safe, productive team environment. What you’ll do: Assemble plastic products and components by following work instructions, diagrams, or examples. Prepare parts and materials for assembly, and keep supplies organized and ready for production. Inspect finished products for visible defects, missing parts, or other quality concerns. Package completed products and report assembly or material issues to a supervisor. Order fulfillment and shipping: Pick products and quantities from warehouse locations using order lists or a warehouse system. Check items against orders to help ensure each shipment is complete and accurate. Pack products securely, select appropriate packaging, and prepare packages for shipment. Print or apply shipping labels and stage completed orders for carrier pickup. Help meet daily shipping deadlines and communicate promptly if an order or shipment is delayed. Receiving and warehouse upkeep: Assist with unloading, checking, and putting away incoming products, supplies, and materials. Keep inventory and storage areas organized; help with counts and report discrepancies. Replenish picking and assembly areas as needed. Maintain clean aisles, workstations, and shared warehouse spaces. Follow safe work practices and company procedures when handling products, tools, and equipment. Support other production, shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks as business needs require. What we’re looking for: Dependability, a positive attitude, and care with details. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and ask questions when something is unclear. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfort with repetitive, hands-on tasks in a warehouse or production setting. Basic reading, counting, and order-checking skills. Previous warehouse, assembly, fulfillment, or shipping experience is helpful. A plus: Current forklift certification or prior forklift experience. Experience with inventory systems, shipping software, or handheld scanners. Familiarity with packing materials and common shipping practices. Work Environment: This is an active, hands-on role that may involve standing and walking for much of the shift, bending, reaching, and lifting or moving products and packages. Success in this role: A successful Warehouse Associate produces consistent, quality assemblies; picks and packs orders accurately; helps keep products and materials organized; and contributes to a safe, dependable workflow across the warehouse.
