Loyd’s Electric Supply has a career opportunity in Harrison, AR. as we are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves general warehouse tasks, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and occasional deliveries with a pick-up truck. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, possess strong communication skills, and be adaptable. *Candidates must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Benefits Medical/Dental/Life Insurance (100% paid by the company) Retirement Plan (100% paid by the company) Annual Bonus Paid Vacation Paid Holiday Advancement opportunities and more Responsibilities Preparing and completing customer orders for pickup or delivery Offering in-person, phone, and email support with a friendly attitude and proactive, approachable customer service Perform occasional deliveries using a pickup truck Keeping a clean and safe working environment Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules and regulations Physical requirements include the ability to regularly lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, use ladders, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout an industrial warehouse environment Skills Friendly and professional demeanor Confidence in engaging customers Active listening and clear communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Willingness to learn Attention to detail Basic math & computer skills Ability to lift heavy objects *Valid Driver's License Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
