Holman has a great opportunity for a Material Handler to join our team in Loxley, AL! Starting pay: $21 per hour Shift: 8:30am-5pm Benefits include health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and more! Eligible for benefits within 30 days of employment We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to support warehouse operations through receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering quality results, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, take initiative to solve problems, maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting, and be eager to grow within the organization while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Load and unload materials safely Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory transactions Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards Follow all company safety policies and procedures Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals Assist with continuous improvement efforts and problem-solving initiatives Provide excellent service and support to internal and external customers What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience Forklift operating experience Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout a warehouse environment Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team #LI-GM1 At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
