Warehouse Associate

Rushin Upholstery Supply is an established, family-owned wholesale distribution company serving customers nationwide since 1962. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position with consistent weekday hours in a small, team-oriented work environment. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM No evenings or weekends required Stable, year-round employment Responsibilities Accurately measure and cut upholstery fabrics, vinyl, and other materials according to customer orders Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping Receive, unload, and organize incoming freight Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Maintain accurate inventory and help keep the warehouse clean and organized Assist customers with order pickups Work with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and reliable Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred but not required: Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience Forklift experience High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills Benefits 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions Paid holidays One week of paid vacation after one year of employment Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Opportunities for advancement and additional responsibilities About Rushin Upholstery Supply Founded in 1962, Rushin Upholstery Supply is a family-owned wholesale distributor of upholstery materials serving customers across the country.
