Warehouse Associate

Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Warehouse Associate Industrial Distributor in South East Houston is looking for a Full Time Warehouseman. This position is responsible for handling warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving, loading company truck and acting as a back up driver, as needed. Responsibilities: Receives, unpacks, examines and logs into system incoming shipments. Stocks inventory in the proper location. Organize and control inventory items. Prepares and routes merchandise for shipments. Assists in providing counter sales customer service. Operates a forklift and other warehouse equipment. Performs as Backup Driver as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license Ability to safely operate a forklift. Ability to operate general office equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a great team player attitude Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or physical labor experience is a plus. Perform general housekeeping duties as required. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow safety rules
